Ranging from creating behavioural objectives through behavioural mapping, to exploratory qualitative and observational research, Max is passionate about applied behavioural science and how this can improve our lives. In particular, he is interested in financial behaviours, sustainable decisions, and how to use behavioural insight to make design inclusive.
