Max is the founder of the Behav­iour­al Insight and Advi­so­ry unit at Thinks Insight and Strategy.

Max has over a decade’s expe­ri­ence span­ning behav­iour­al sci­ence with­in pub­lic and pri­vate sec­tor organisations.

Rang­ing from cre­at­ing behav­iour­al objec­tives through behav­iour­al map­ping, to explorato­ry qual­i­ta­tive and obser­va­tion­al research, Max is pas­sion­ate about applied behav­iour­al sci­ence and how this can improve our lives. In par­tic­u­lar, he is inter­est­ed in finan­cial behav­iours, sus­tain­able deci­sions, and how to use behav­iour­al insight to make design inclusive.
